I think the hardest part of starting a healthy life, is to be disciplined.
We all have the intention and the will to start a new diet or a new workout routine, but what happens when we are under stress? or when we are running late and the only thing we can eat is the next Burg King on the way.
It is not anymore about motivation, because at this point, we are tired, stress, and in some cases depressed.
This is when discipline kicks in.
Think abut discipline as a thing that you have to do, like a project from schoolm that is due “right now”. There is no excuses, and there is no other exit, but to do it.
That is disicpline, having the eyes on the goal, and to not change the focus.
Keep strong, keep clear goals, set duable goals.
You will be successful.
