In your nutrition coaching program, holistic means considering your lifestyle, food likes and dislikes, food intolerances, fitness level, and emotional behaviors.
Because food is rooted so profoundly in how we live, we cannot isolate food as the only factor in weight gain; many elements influence how and why we eat.
My job as your nutrition coach is to follow up on your progress and setbacks and be ready with all the necessary tools to keep advancing toward your health goals.
Accountability is fundamental in my coaching, so be ready to work with me. We will be working on your health goals proactively.
